CrewCheck Terms of Use

These terms apply to the CrewCheck iOS app, published by Veylor Studio Limited (NZ company number 8572067), trading as Veylor Studio. By downloading or using CrewCheck you agree to them.

These terms incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Standard EULA allows.

CrewCheck is free to download. The free version includes up to 2 custom checklists. CrewCheck Pro unlocks unlimited checklists and the other Pro features described in the app.

CrewCheck Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly at NZ$4.99 or yearly at NZ$34.99, or the equivalent price shown in the App Store for your country. There is no free trial and no lifetime option.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Your checklists, notes and settings stay on your device. See the CrewCheck Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you enter, and for keeping your own backups.

We license CrewCheck to you for your personal use; we do not sell it. Veylor Studio keeps all intellectual property rights in the app. We may update, change or withdraw features from time to time. CrewCheck is provided as it is and as available, and we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available.

To the extent allowed by law, Veylor Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, income or opportunity, arising from your use of CrewCheck, including any reliance on its checklists, times or calculations.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim about CrewCheck is limited to the amount you paid for CrewCheck Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other law that cannot be excluded. If you use CrewCheck for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated below. If you keep using CrewCheck after a change, you accept the updated terms.
