NVOICE

Invoicing and simple books for small businesses, landlords and trusts.

Send invoices your clients can pay by card in a tap. NVOICE chases late payers for you, reads your bank feed and shows where the profit really comes from. It keeps a company and a family trust in separate books under one login.

NVOICE runs Veylor Studio's own books. We're opening it to a small group first.

Keep the books

One login, separate books

NVOICE asking which entity to use: a company with two brands, or a family trust with one property

Entities

Run your company, your family trust and its rental from one account. Each has its own books, brands and numbering, and you switch between them in a tap.

The NVOICE bank page, with each line given a category and brand, and payments matched to their invoices

Bank feed

Transactions arrive each morning. Payments are matched to their invoices, and everything else is categorised by rules that learn from you.

Card and Apple Pay

Every invoice has a link your client can pay from by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Payments are recorded against the invoice automatically.

Reminders

Polite follow-ups go out on the days you choose, in your own words. Turn them on per brand, or send one now.

Know when it's seen

A notification on your phone when an invoice is opened, paid or goes overdue.

Several brands

Each trading name gets its own logo, invoice numbering and email, all under one business.

Recurring invoices

Retainers and monthly fees go out on schedule without you touching them.

Profit by client

See what you received, invoiced and kept by month or year, and which clients and brands the profit really comes from.

Ready for your accountant

Keep each year's statements, returns and final figures together, and hand over clean books at year end.

Import from any bank

A live feed where your bank supports one, and a simple file import where it doesn't.

Face ID sign-in

Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID, or a link sent to your email. No password to forget.

NVOICE isn't a payroll system and doesn't file tax or GST returns. Your accountant still does that, and NVOICE gives them tidy figures to start from.
